Homeschool Groups
These classes are created for your child to enjoy the benefits of homeschooling with the luxury of intimate extracurricular group classes.  We focus on positive socialization through cooperative small group learning to enhance education at home.  These classes may be used to count hours towards extracurricular hours.    Classes begin August 9th!

Monday

Our Great 50 States (History, Art, P.E.) 1:00-5:00 p.m. 7-9 yrs.

This class will focus on each of the 50 states. Your child will learn about state flags, birds, capitols, city interests, and individuals through a cooperative group setting.

Tuesday

Combo Class (Science, Art, P.E.) 1:00-5:00 p.m. 5-8 yrs.

This class will combine Science, P.E., and Art to explore high interest areas of Science. The process of the Scientific Method will be modeled through research, data analysis, and experiments.

Wednesday

Engineering & Architecture 1:00-5:00 p.m. 9-11 yrs. + $50 yearly supply cost

This class will teach and show your children about engineering principles and concepts through interaction with lego building blocks and customized hand on lessons. The curriculum for this class will cover standard building types and forces upon those building types, natural types of structures, simple machines, and basic civil engineering principals in the world around us. Students engage in multiple design projects learning about engineering and the engineering design process as they deepen their understanding of the underlying science principles in these topic areas.

Thursday

Marine Biology & Zoology 1:00-5:00 p.m. 7-10 yrs. +$50 yearly supply cost (FULL)

Develop your child’s love and appreciation of Science while exploring a natural curiosity in his/her surrounding world. Your child will learn about animals, both big and small, through a cooperative group setting. Fieldtrips will include: local streams, ponds, river, state aquarium and state zoo.

Friday

Junior Business Academy 1:00-5:00 p.m. 11-15 yrs. + fundraising to offset other costs 

This class will help teach your children how to start a business, recognize opportunities in the marketplace, develop an entrepreneurial mind, and use all the math and english skills they never thought they use!

Tuition and Fees 
$50 non-refundable registration fee per family
$15 t-shirt fee per child
Monthly tuition is based on a year commitment
Monday Classes $52.50/mth (35 classes per year)
Tues.-Friday Classes $57/mth (38 classes per year) 

This will not substitute for homeschooling.  Parents are solely responsible for their child's homeschool curriculum and education.  This is for enrichment and supplemental purposes.
